Our fast and friendly technical support is available to you 24/7/365 via Flash tutorial, Online Manuals, and Email/Trouble Tickets. We will answer your email or trouble ticket within 24 hours, but you usually won't have to wait that long as our average response time is under 3 hours.

The manual covers all topics not covered in the Flash Tutorials. However, please be aware that Wrightsites.com does not support all features available in H-Sphere, such as SharePoint and Exchange.

Emailing Tech Support will generate a Trouble Ticket (see below) for your account.

This is only available for emergencies such as a website or email being down. This limited phone support is necessary to provide fair and adequate service to all clients. It also gives our technicians the time necessary to research and troubleshoot some of the more difficult issues that can arise. Please submit a Trouble Ticket to us instead.

Limitations

Wrightsites.com will promptly answer all support requests dealing with your hosting account and any software that we provide for you. However, we cannot troubleshoot third-party software beyond compatibility with our systems. We also cannot provide support for scripts that we provide if they have been highly customized.

Trouble Tickets

Trouble tickets are used by our staff to assist our customers by tracking issues. You can submit a trouble ticket to us through your H-Sphere Control Panel. Just click on "New Ticket" near the bottom of the main page or watch this Flash tutorial on submitting a trouble ticket. Tickets are also generated by emailing our Tech Support department.
